  • Using Air for a fast and convenient cutting.
  • Using Nitrogen (N2) for stainless steel to prevent its cutting surface from oxidization.
  • Using Oxygen (O2) for mild steel for a faster cutting speed and preventing the cutting surface from nitrogenization.

Cutting speed is faster than traditional plasma cutting and even Laser: The cutting speed of mild steel is 3200mm/min for 9mm thickness and 2000mm/min for 15mm thickness.

The special design of our dual tips provides you the following advantages:

  • A faster cutting speed
  • A higher piercing capacity
  • A better protection from spatter for work pieces; and
  • A longer usage life of the consumables.

Easy connection with CNC systems. The usage life of our oxygen electrode is 6 ~8 times longer than the normal electrode, which greatly reduces the cutting cost.
